    My standard ad-hoc rate reflects flexible, as-needed work. However, when support is booked on a regular weekly, monthly, orquarterly basis, I offer a reduced rate of £25 per hour in return for a committed block of hours.

    This arrangement allows me to dedicate consistent time to your business, develop familiarity with your processes, and provide more proactive support across:

    Operations – administrative management, workflow organisation, scheduling, documentation, and general business coordination.

    Marketing – social media scheduling, content coordination, campaign assistance, email marketing preparation, and marketing administration.

    Customer Service – managing enquiries, responding to customer communications, maintaining a professional support experience, and helping resolve issues efficiently.

    Retainers can be structured to suit your needs, for example:

    • Weekly support – a set number of hours each week

    • Monthly support – a block of hours allocated each month
